MISSION STATEMENT
My goals are to have you reach your goals.
Getting on target in this fast paced Real Estate market is my mission statement to you as your Selling agent or as your Buyers agent. A million dollar producer my first year of business. A native Oregonian and resident of Yamhill County for over 15 years. I have listed and sold Commercial property, Residential property, Farm/Ranch Acreage, and Bare Land.
The goal as your Sellers agent is to maximize the market to your benefit. A concise market analysis of trends, balance of availability, location, number of prospective buyers to the ratio of homes are all factors that will determine an optimal price for your home. Of course you will make the final determination of the selling price of your home.
The goal as your Buyers agent includes all of the above plus the right network of competent players on your behalf. Your Mortgage Broker, Escrow officer, the brokers ability to negotiate, speed at which they operate, knowledge of the inspection & appraisal process always play a role in determining who ultimately will have a successful offer when purchasing a home.
With Technical knowledge of Media, Method—knowing what to do, with whom, when and how, my goal is the management of your transaction with competence, professionalism, and promotion to a successful close.
